When your account has a missing invoice after 7 days it is moved to a suspended state. This means that your website will redirect to a suspended account page and all access to your ftp, email, and cPanel are revoked. This suspension lasts until an invoice is paid to bring your account up-to-date.
Should your invoice surpass 30 days, it is permanantly terminated from our servers. However, we do keep a backup of the cPanel account on hand for up to 6 months should you decide within that 6 month period (from your invoice due date) that you would like to have it restored, you may do so by paying your invoice.
Without paying for an overdue invoice, you will not be granted access to your account or backup.
