We do not offer SSH accounts for our shared packages, however we do allow access to SSH for our reseller accounts. SSH account are not enabled by default, and as such you will need to submit a support ticket to request SSH.
However, due note that we only provide jailed shell accounts. You are limited only to your directory in the same manner as your FTP access. There are also some shell commands that are unavailable to you within the jailed environment, but this does provide you the CLI that you would need.
