Due to increased internet fraud, accounts are not activated nor created automatically. This is to prevent any kind of malicious activity on the server. While this may seem daunting, we typically approve and activate orders within the hour that they are received. Most users will experience that their order was set up within minutes of having placed, and pair for their order.
Orders are activated within 1-5 hours, and in some cases (eg: during a holiday) 6-8 hours.
