Portal Home > Knowledgebase > Accounting > Can I cancel my hosting and/or domain?
- Log into your client area
- Navigate to My Hosting Packages.
- From there you will need to "View Details" for the package you would like to cancel.
- At the end of the details, you will see a button to "Request Cancellation."
- Click on that button, and then fill out your reason for cancelling, and if you'd like for it to be immediate, or at the end of the billing period.
- Submit your request, which will be resolved within 24 hours.
We do not honor cancellation requests via email nor have we ever accepted this as a method. This is to authenticate your identity, and to prevent from a malicious attempt to have your data removed.
