When a client requests a cancellation and has an outstanding debt with us, the cancellation request will override those invoices marking them as "cancelled." However, your data will not be made available to you--you're not provided a backup, nor FTP/web access to your files if you have an outstanding debt.
If you fail to submit a cancellation request prior to your invoice due date, you are still responsible for paying any outstanding invoices. Any invouces that are outstanding for 60 or more days are subject to being submitted to our collections agency.
