| If you load your site and notice that you receive "cannot connect to database" errors, this means that our MySQL server is currently down. The only reason why our MySQL would go down is due to the server's memory allotment being close to exceeding. MySQL will shut down in order to alleviate the memory strain put on the server. To resolve the issue, we will restart MySQL (of course!), but also look through our logs to see what website was causing the memory to exceed. This site will then be suspended until we can figure out the exact cause. If the website causes a 2nd memory issue, that site will be removed from our servers permenately as this is not tolerated in our AUP. Please submit a ticket making us aware of MySQL being down so that we can resolve it.
