| You are able to upgrade or downgrade your current package by submitting a support ticket requesting the package you would like to either up/downgrade to. If you are downgrading your account, we will not apply the new pricing until the next billing cycle (nor are we able to refund you for the difference when downgrading.) If you are upgrading, we will prorate the package for the remainder of the month, and thereafter your account will reflect the proper billing per your cycle. There is no fee to up/downgrade, however there will be a price de/increase pending your option. |
